We do size exchanges! Read the process below:
Defective item? Email us at sensationfootwearpk@gmail.com with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority 💕
SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITION:
- You have only 3 days from the date of delivery to apply for an exchange
- Product should be in an original & perfect condition, tag should be intact
- PKR 300 charges will be applicable for single item & PKR 500 for 2 or more items
- All Delivery charges will be borne by the customer
- Refund or Exchange end-to-end process may take an estimated 7-10 working days
