We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we offer exchanges within 24 Hours of purchase.

Exchanges:

• You are welcome to exchange your item for a different size within 24 hours of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• A processing fee of PKR 500 will be applicable for returned or exchanged items. This fee covers the cost of handling and restocking the returned merchandise.

Refunds:

• Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.

Return Shipping:

• Please note that customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
