Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
At SENSATION Pakistan, we want you to shop with clarity and confidence. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Window
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
What Can Be Exchanged?
Only the following changes are allowed:
Size change
Color change
The article/design cannot be changed. If you purchased a specific article, it can only be exchanged for the same article in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Product Condition
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
Unused
Unworn outdoors
In original condition
Returned with original box/packaging
Products that are used, damaged, stained, altered, or not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange Charges
Exchange delivery/courier charges will be paid by the customer.
Doorstep exchange service may not be available in certain cities. In such cases, our team will guide you with an alternative process.
Approval of Exchange Requests
SENSATION Pakistan reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
Refund Policy
SENSATION Pakistan does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it can only be exchanged according to the policy mentioned above.
