Exchange your size or colour

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Here is how it works.

Before you request

Size or colour only

You can change the size or colour of the same article, subject to availability. The design itself cannot be changed.

Unused, in its box

Pairs must be unused, unworn outdoors, in original condition and returned with the original box.

Courier charges

Exchange courier charges are paid by the customer. Doorstep exchange may not be available in some cities.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds. Delivered orders can only be exchanged under this policy.

How to request an exchange

  1. Message us within 7 days

    Send your order number and the size or colour you want on WhatsApp at 0335-8243868.

  2. We confirm availability

    Our team checks stock and confirms the exchange with you.

  3. Pack the pair

    Pack it unused, in its original box, and hand it over as our team guides you.

  4. Receive your new pair

    Once we receive and check the pair, we send your new size or colour.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At SENSATION Pakistan, we want you to shop with clarity and confidence. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Window

Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

What Can Be Exchanged?

Only the following changes are allowed:

Size change
Color change

The article/design cannot be changed. If you purchased a specific article, it can only be exchanged for the same article in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

Unused
Unworn outdoors
In original condition
Returned with original box/packaging

Products that are used, damaged, stained, altered, or not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Charges

Exchange delivery/courier charges will be paid by the customer.

Doorstep exchange service may not be available in certain cities. In such cases, our team will guide you with an alternative process.

Approval of Exchange Requests

SENSATION Pakistan reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions.

Refund Policy

SENSATION Pakistan does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order is placed and delivered, it can only be exchanged according to the policy mentioned above.
