We take advance payments on urgent orders and additional PKR 500/- are charged.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your order. No explanations needed. No lengthy process. Just reach out and we'll handle the rest.
How to Return
Simply WhatsApp us at 0335-8243868 within 7 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number. We'll guide you through the rest — it takes less than 2 minutes.
Condition of Return
Items must be unworn outdoors. Indoor try-on is completely fine — that's what the 7 days are for. Shoes should be returned in their original box.
Return Shipping
Return courier charges are covered by the customer. We recommend using PostEx or TCS for a safe return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer or store credit — your choice.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead? We'll arrange an exchange within the same 7-day window, subject to stock availability.
What Cannot Be Returned
Items that show signs of outdoor wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.
