You may exchange your item for a different size within 24 hours of purchase.

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
A processing fee of PKR 500 will apply to all returned or exchanged items to cover handling and restocking.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases at this time.

4. Return Shipping

It's definitely an elegant pair you must have. But while ordering it online you should be buying one size bigger than your exact shoe size, if it's 39 buy 40. Since the size issue i needed an exchange which takes time that could be inconvenient, I'm sharing so you can avoid it at first place.
