We truly value your trust in our brand. While we do not offer refunds, we provide an exchange option under the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our exchange policy.

2. Exchanges

• You may exchange your item for a different size within 24 hours of purchase.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

• A processing fee of PKR 500 will apply to all returned or exchanged items to cover handling and restocking.

3. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any purchases at this time.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending an item back for exchange.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for safe delivery.

5. Important Considerations

• Please try on items carefully before removing any tags.

• If unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

• We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product does not meet our condition requirements.
