I recently placed Order SF45228 for Valentina Pumps – Brown, Size 40. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality. The heels feel extremely weak and unsafe, after just 2-3 minutes of wearing, it seemed like the heel could break anytime and I even got slightly hurt while trying them on.
Along with this concern, I would like to request an exchange of size from 40 to 39. Kindly guide me through the return and exchange process at the earliest.
I hope this matter will be resolved promptly.

The Pumps are okay according to price though I can clearly see the glue and the material is also looking kinda cheap and the box wasn't black one but it's good according to the price
