1. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our exchange policy.

2. Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size within 24 hours of purchase.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
A processing fee of PKR 500 will apply to all returned or exchanged items to cover handling and restocking.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases at this time.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending an item back for exchange.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for safe delivery.
